We are pleased to announce that Blessed Sacrament has begun a Capital Campaign to raise the funds necessary for replacement of our aging HVAC system in the Church and Rectory.
As the original systems were installed in the 1960s, most of the equipment is at or far beyond its expected life. The increasing costs to maintain the current system, its reduced efficiency, and the risk that parts or accessories required for repair may no longer be available, have led us to conclude that we are in need of a wholesale upgrade to our system.
Blessed Sacrament has partnered with Modus Engineering of Des Moines to develop a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to our HVAC needs incorporating modern equipment and a digital controls infrastructure that will provide improved comfort, controllability, efficiency, and air quality.
As this project will be quite expensive, we have started this Capital Campaign to raise the funds needed to ensure we can enjoy reliable, energy-efficient comfort, no matter the weather, for many years into the future! To donate to this project, simply complete the donation form below.
